I had placed an order and there was a short delay in sending it, however when the jewelry arrived it was sent express post and also, I received a gift voucher for any inconvenience. I could not be happier with the excellent service I received from the staff at Rosendorff. We purchased my engagement ring from Rosendorff 33 years ago. Following a very poor experience with a panel jeweller for our insurer, the team at Rosendorff has restored my ring to its original beauty (we had a great claims manager who supported this). I would particularly like to thank Janet for her meticulous attention to detail and care, understanding how important this was to me and my family. It was a lovely experience and I am especially grateful after 9 months of disappointment. It was a joy to pick it up this week.
